Terms of Service

Agreement

By using robaku.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. The Platform is operated by Seraphim Group SAS, 229 rue Saint-Honore, 75001 Paris, France.

The Marketplace

Robaku is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of humanoid robot customization products. We are not the seller of record for third-party products. When you buy from a seller on Robaku, you are entering a transaction with that seller, facilitated by our platform.

Accounts

You need an account to sell products. Buyers can purchase without an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

For Buyers

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated.
• Physical products are shipped by the seller. Shipping times and costs vary by seller and destination.
• Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Downloads are available for 12 months after purchase.
• Returns and refunds follow the seller's stated policy. If a seller does not have a posted return policy, buyers may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for physical goods, or within 7 days for digital goods that do not function as described.

For Sellers

• You must accurately describe your products, including compatibility with specific robot models.
• Commission rates: 15% on physical product sales, 30% on digital product sales.
• Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe Connect. Minimum payout threshold is $25.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes on your income from sales.
• You retain ownership of your product listings and intellectual property. By listing on Robaku, you grant us a license to display and promote your products on our platform.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms, are misleading, or receive repeated negative reviews without resolution.

Compatibility Claims

Products must be accurately tagged with compatible robot platforms. Sellers are responsible for verifying compatibility before listing. Robaku provides a compatibility tagging system but does not independently test every product. "Verified" badges indicate products that have been tested by our team or the robot manufacturer.

Prohibited Content

You may not list products that:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Could cause physical harm to people or damage to robots
• Contain malware, spyware, or malicious code
• Are designed to circumvent robot safety systems
• Make false compatibility claims

Intellectual Property

Robot platform names (Figure, Tesla, XPeng, Unitree, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of these names on Robaku is for identification and compatibility purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

Limitation of Liability

Robaku provides the marketplace platform. We are not liable for defects in third-party products, shipping delays, or damages resulting from product use. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid to Robaku in the preceding 12 months.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved directly. If resolution is not possible, Robaku may mediate at our discretion. These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
